Kate is a leadership development professional who loves to lead the Elite team. With an interest in Organizational Leadership she earned her BA in Organizational Business and a Minor in Psychology with a focus in Organizational Psychology. Her passion for developing great leadership has lead her to join with her husband in starting Elite Recruiting, where she now uses her tools in working alongside her team to help fill positions with top talent. When Kate is not working you can find her at a baseball field, drag racing strip or gymnastics class watching her children enjoy life.
